COMICSJAM 
Fondazione Ferragamo, in collaboration with Lucca Comics and Games, Scuola Internazionale di Comics, Symmaceo Communications and The Center for Cartoon Studies, announces COMICSJAM (from 5pm on June 19th to 1am on June 20th in  Piazza Santa Trinita, Florence), a performance/event for aspiring cartoonists interested in teaming up with the fashion world, with a specific focus on shoes. Iconic styles of Salvatore Ferragamo men’s and women’s shoes designed between the 1930s and 2000 will provide the initial inspiration to participants, who will have to complete in 8 hours only an 8-page comic inspired by shoes, in the spirit of The Amazing Shoemaker, the exhibition now on display at the Museo Salvatore Ferragamo. Please see all details to participate and follow the event on
